Yesterday ... I had a one-to-one wif my manager. I'm the one that set up the face-to-face meeting as I have decided to move on to day shift. Hmmm... before I enter the room I alreadi noe the answer will be NO. Obviously he will not say the NO word ... but mesti reason yang merepek2 dia akan bagy......
1 - It depends on the department budget. Helloooo ... bukan aku suruh tambah gaji aku pon. In fact, my pay will be reduce as nite shift allowance will be gone.
2 - Depends on GG approval. Kalau manager aku sndiri tak support cane GG nak approved. Sengal betul. Kata nak bagi conversion ... dah berbulan aku tggu. Takde pon... bebudak IPS dah pon dapat. Bodo toolll...
3 - Our team is just stabile on the headcount not as a team. Theeeeee ... dah asik budak lama dia tukarkan... cane nak stabil. Dah la new hire dia amik ... tah ape2. Aku yang nak kena train nie mcm nak lempang jek. Bukan nak cakap terer tapi sape yang ade kat US team tu tau la betapa sengalnyer ...
4 - I will discuss wif Shaiful. Ahhhhhhhhh.... part nie aku tau.. sure SAY tak mo bg decision. Hmmm... dekat Genting lagy ... SAY dah menasihatkn aku... ahh mcm abang2 la mamat nie. haha... uhhh.. tape larr.... all the best SAY.
