I am very disappointed to see that many of you disregarded today's Center dinner. Imah has gone to the trouble of getting the funds approved (remember the whole company is on expense freeze) and arranging for pizza for all of us.
Yet, only Shaiful, Bob, Ghazaly were here 7-7.30pm. Some of you came after 7.30pm and this is not acceptable, some of you are still not here as I type this. I know some of you have reasons such as leave, emergency leave, but I have also got the excuse of traffic jam etc.. That is not acceptable! If you had given a good prior reason yesterday then I would understand but no one said anything to me about not being here on time today.
Ruziani (GG) who is the BOM for the team was also here and she must be wondering why so many of our team are missing....not a good impression.
When you cant even be here on time for a simple dinner, how do you expect management to Promote or Convert you, give you good bonuses/increments and trust you for more responsible leadership positions?? How can I go to upper management and ask for conversions etc..based on today's behaviour?

Itu lah email bodoh yang Team US dapat ari nie. Macam gampang jek. Aku punya lah nak cepat kuar umah semata nak datang n terlewat half an hour. Tiba2 masuk keje dapat email sampah nie. Aku stuck in traffic for nearly one hour yang patutnya ten minits jek dah sampai. Still.. tak appreciate staff langsung. Apa kena mengena function dengan conversion ? Bodoh ke dia nie ? It just a makan makan at balcony not meeting laa. What the hell. Doesn't he noes we did not simply late on purpose. Stupid. Do we know we r late today and should tell u yesterday that today I will be late as I am stuck in the fucking crazy jam in order for us to come for this lovely pizzza function ? Use brain la. This is not called as behaviour. It is LIFE. Hey... we have a lot of things to do and not just 24 hours stuck in this office ok. Gooosshh... I dont bother about quarter closing anymore.
